Just a reminder of our monthly Jamboree Troop Meeting, Thursday April 16, 2009 at the Wanship LDS Meeting House at 7:00 pm.
We will be working on our Scout O Rama Booth (Saturday May 2, 2009 at the South Towne Expo Center), which will revolve around the Pioneering Merit Badge. We will do some rope making, knots, and lashings and etc. Please go to:

for a worksheet if you are interested in earning this merit badge. Bring it with you to our Troop meeting and we will be able to sign off some of the requirements. If you have already earned this merit badge please contact me.
Also, if you have any special skills in this area please be prepared to help and teach those skills. Please contact me with what you can do to help.
In addition, if any of you have spars (such as old fence rails) or other materials suitable for lashing a small tower or bridge and/or ropes, your help would be greatly appreciated.
